Lenzing, an innovative and responsible material 🌱
The outer fabric is made of 70% recycled cotton and 30% lenzing. Lenzing is a responsible material made from wood. It is a good alternative to cotton or viscose, because the manufacture of its fibers generates up to two times less emissions and water consumption!

For this second collaboration with Binette, we have chosen to go even more innovative and impactful by replacing upcycled leather with vegan leather!
An ethical production
The Binettes are produced in Sahline in Tunisia in a workshop with 30 years of expertise, specializing in the manufacture of clothing and accessories.
Our workshop is in line with our ecological approach and is a member of the "Fashion Revolution Tunisia" initiative which works for sustainable fashion.
The products are transported by boat from Tunisia.

Social Project
We have been collaborating since our beginnings with the association Los Chicos de Cusco which supports financially several educational establishments in the suburbs of Cusco.
For each product sold, €1 is donated to the association, i.e. more than 20% of our profits. This donation helps finance a school day for a child in Peru!

Our history
Perus was born in 2014 from a trip to South America and a desire to offer sustainable, ethical and committed fashion. We develop our products so that they accompany you everywhere and for a long time.
For this, we select our materials with care, as do our partner craftsmen. Each of our employees is paid fairly and works in good conditions.
