Returns and Refunds

You can return your unused items for exchange at last 3 weeks after your purchase's delivery !

It takes us around two weeks to process returns.

Please put the purchase order paper that was in the box when you opened your package back and specify the model and size you want to exchange it for. In case of a cancellation, please write on the same paper that you request a refund.

 You are in charge of returning the package but we'll take care of the reshipment fees for exchanges.

BE CAREFUL : All returned products must be new and unused. Upon reception, we will judge the state of the returned merchandise. No returns will be accepted and therefore no refund will be made if the returned products have been used or damaged and that this use or damage has rendered the product unfit for sale.
