Exchange procedure

Check the box corresponding to your request on the delivery note found in the package. If you wish to exchange your product, specify the size and model desired.

If you do not have the delivery note, you can take an A4 sheet and specify your order number, last name, first name and address as well as your wish: exchange (specifying the desired model) or refund.

Insert the delivery note with your details in the package (required for the return to be accepted).

Print your return label (see below depending on your case).

Drop off the package at the relay point closest to you .

IMPORTANT: Depending on the period, the processing time for returns can be 15 to 20 days from receipt of the packages at our warehouse.

If you wish to receive your items more quickly or the product to be exchanged is in low quantity ("only x left") we recommend this alternative exchange solution:

ATTENTION

All returned products must be new and unused . Upon receipt of the package, we will assess the condition of the returned merchandise .

In the event that the returned products have been visibly used or damaged and this use or damage renders them unfit for sale, we will not be able to reimburse you and any request for exchange of this product will be made at your expense. Thank you for your understanding.
